Rees, Sr. Ever since, it has grown in strength, acquiring a reputation for competence and professionalism among its clients and competitors alike. Today the firm is comprised of attorneys Thomas L. Rees, Jr., and Jeannie R. Fuller, with more than 75 years of combined experience, and has earned an 'AV' rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
